1. Non‑Refundable Services

Fees for completed medical visits, consultations, or treatments are non‑refundable, as these services involve the provider’s time, travel, and professional expertise.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late‑cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no‑shows) are not eligible for refunds.

3. Provider‑Initiated Cancellations

If the provider must cancel a scheduled visit due to illness, emergency, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, patients may choose either:

  • A full refund of any prepaid fees, or

  • Rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost.

4. Travel Fees

If a travel fee applies to your location, it may be refundable only if the cancellation occurs before the provider has begun traveling to the appointment.

5. Payment Disputes

Patients who believe they were charged in error should contact the practice promptly. Issues will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness and compliance with Ohio regulations.
